Can you ship to __________?

      We will gladly ship to any valid USA address for free.

Can you ship to my loved one?

      We can! all you have to do is enter that information in the shipping address at checkout. We can even include a hand written note on your behalf.

Do you do repairs?

      We do! Please contact us and we can provide a quote.

Can you make this for me?

      Almost always yes! We may need to make some artistic changes it make the design strong. If the request is a licensed image then we will not create it.

I love this one, can you make it in a different color?

      Sure! We would love to work with you to find the perfect glass just for you!

What colors do you have?

      We have a passion for glass (some might call it an obsession) this means that If we do not already have that particular color we will do everything we can to track the perfect color down! Our inventory constantly changes it may take time to find it and occasionally the glass may have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Neon colors are not really available in glass.

Do you have a ______ suncatcher?

      We might! We may have a pattern from a previous creation we can show you. If not - all of our patterns are hand drawn by us so we can create it just the way you want it.

Can you change this detail?

      All of our patterns are hand drawn by us. We would love to look at the change - it may not be possible for strength purposes.

Can you install a panel at my house in a window?

      Only if you are local to us. We are in south central Wisconsin.
